Apple storm sweep China again
April 25, Apple released second quarter earnings by March 31, 2012. In this period, Apple achieves the revenue of $39.186 billion with increase 59% year growth; as well as realize net profit of $11.622 billion, an increase of 94% year growth. Those all shows that Apple’s revenue hit a record high in China which is 20% in worldwide.
The explosion boom in China market is beyond Apple CEO Cook imagination in earnings conference. Last month, he visited Apple store in XIDAN JOYCITY as Apple CEO, visit China Mobile, China union, met China officials, which are all regards as making up for ignoring attitude for China market before. In the mean time, he will increase the investment in China market.
All the status and figure all show that Apple would have more space in China market.
"We note that iPhone product cycles appear to be getting increasingly pronounced, with fiscal first quarter and second quarter benefiting from very strong iPhone 4S product cycles in the US and China respectively," said Toni Sacconaghi, analyst with Bernstein Research, adding he expected the next couple of quarters
Cook revealed some of that passion at the February conference. Toward the end of the talk, he said there was "no better thrill" for him than going to a gym or to Starbucks and seeing people using their iPhones or iPads.
"These are the things that bring a smile to my face, and there is no replacement or substitute for that," Cook said.
iPad, iPhone is gradually become a necessary digital device in China.
